Bio
Wyatt Biessel was born in Two Rivers, Alaska and spent his entire childhood growing up in different parts of the massive state. Eventually ending up in Kodiak, he decided Computer Engineering would be the path for him. By his senior year, however he finally came to his senses, bored with the mundane, monotonous typing on a keyboard. Going the exact opposite direction, he auditioned for The Sound of Music at his high school. Landing the lead role of Captain Von Trapp, he was hooked.
The fall year he would be attending Chapman University in Southern California, having been accepted into their Theatre Department. Since arriving, Wyatt has appeared in many mainstage theatre productions such as The Taming of the Shrew, Expecting Isabel, School for Scandal, and many other smaller works. Additionally he's appeared in tons of student films at Chapman's prestigous Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
In 2009 he graduated with a B.A. in Theatre Performance, and he now resides in Los Angeles. Since moving, he's acted in several independant films, as well as the major motion picture Water for Elephants in which he played the flute player in the Big Top Band.
